Notes: On the nose it is fragrant, with hints of rose and raspberry. On the palate it is dry, with good structure and excellent drinkability.

Vinification & Aging : destemming, alcoholic fermentation and maceration for 4/5 days at a controlled temperature (24-26°C) with frequent pumping over. Complete malolactic fermentation. Aging in tank for 3/4 months and bottling

Pairings: first courses, red and white meats, including grilled ones, cured meats, soft and slightly aged cheeses.
