Notes : It offers a large and rounded nose of pear, melon and spices. The wine is pleasantly smooth and broad on the palate and leaves a taste of ripe fruit and spices in the medium-long and rather direct finish.
Vinification & Aging: 100% Riesling from Mosel. 70 year old vines harvested manually on Devonian slate soil. Aged in steel for 6 months and then 30 months in the bottle.
Pairings : To be paired with aperitifs and fish starters. Snacks and raw seafood.
