Vinification & Aging: Fabula is the result of the careful selection and assembly of the best Barbera and Nebbiolo grapes present in the vineyards of the Uva Matris winery. The two grape varieties are vinified together, and at the end of the alcoholic fermentation they carry out the malolactic fermentation in 500-liter French oak tonneaux. The subsequent refinement takes place in the same barrel for a minimum of 18 months. This is followed by bottling and a stay in the bottle for at least 1 year.

Pairings : Excellent with roast meat, game, roast mushrooms.
