Name: Sannio DOP

Notes: pleasant aroma with hints of red fruit, with notes of black mulberry, spicy and aromatic hints. On the palate it is dry, harmonious and velvety.

Vinification & Aging: The grapes are hand-picked and taken to the cellar; destemming and soft pressing follow. The pure vinification is carried out with maceration on the skins with pumping over for about 20 days; fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The aging continues in the bottle.

Pairings: It pairs well with roasts and grilled meats, well-structured first courses and well-seasoned pizzas.
