Notes: An elegant and full wine, with hints and aromas of berries. On the palate it is harmonious and well structured, the tannins are persistent and at the same time soft.
Vinification & Aging : Aging for 38 months, of which at least 18 in 25/50hl French oak barrels.
We recommend aging for at least 5/8 years.
Pairings : recommended with first courses based on mushrooms and cheeses, dishes with white Alba truffle, roasts and stews of red meat and game.
