Notes : Open nose with aromas of blackcurrant and cherry. On the palate it asserts a powerful character followed by a complex and salivating finish.
Vinification & Aging: This Corton Grand Cru comes from the locality called “Les Maréchaudes” located north of the city of Aloxe-Corton. This small plot of 15 hectares, facing South-East, is made up of reddish, stony, clay-limestone soils. Vinification in small thermoregulated vats, long aging on the fine lees in French oak barrels.
