Name: Dolcetto d'Alba DOC

Notes: Fruity and fresh on the nose, intense hints of red fruits. Dry and harmonious on the palate, with a pleasant almond aftertaste.

Vinification & Aging : destemming, alcoholic fermentation and maceration for 4/6 days at a controlled temperature (24-26°C) with frequent pumping over. Aging in tank for 3/4 months and bottling.

Pairings: simple appetizers, pasta and risotto, ideal pairing with everyday cooking.
