Notes: Very typical aroma of wild flowers with buttery notes. The taste is intense, velvety, with a light almond aftertaste.
Vinification & Aging: 90% is refined in steel with permanence on the yeasts with frequent batonnage for 6 months; the remaining 10% in oak tonneaux always with weekly batonnage.
Pairings : Elegant pairing with fresh cheeses and San Daniele raw ham. Try with field omelettes, lobster and shellfish.
