Notes : A wine with a broad olfactory impact, with notes of Mediterranean scrub, tobacco, plum, and spices that follow one another and blend together in an engaging evolution. Sumptuous, with a firm yet refined tannic texture and a flavor with a strong territorial imprint. A very long finish with pairs of red fruits and spices that chase each other.

Vinification & Aging : Cooling of the harvested grapes using cells. Selection of the bunches, soft destemming, selection of the berries. Pre-fermentation cold maceration and on the skins for 20 days in steel at a temperature of 24°C. Aging in new French oak barriques for at least 14 months and subsequently in the bottle for over 1 year before being put on the market.
