Notes : On the nose hints of red fruit, plum dominates. Delicately scented with coffee and vanilla. On the palate it is lively, the tannins are perfectly balanced with an excellent sweetness. It is a pleasant wine, full and with great balance.

Vinification & Aging: Aged for 6 months in small French oak barrels. It is a perfect wine to age for a further 3 years.

Pairings : A convivial wine, excellent for its freshness to be enjoyed in company. Perfect pairings with Argentinean dishes, grilled meats and cold cuts.
