Name: Sforzato di Valtellina DOCG

Notes: Complex nose with notes of spices, jams and withered red flowers. On the palate it is warm, full, with roundness and harmony.

Vinification & Aging: Drying of the grapes for about two months. Aging in oak barrels for 20 months. Pre-bottling assembly in steel tanks for 2 months. Followed by aging in the cellar for at least one year.

Pairings: It is excellent with red meats, game and mature cheeses.
