Notes : Fresh and expressive on the nose with exotic fruits and floral notes. Silky and broad on the palate. Pineapple and exotic hints of herbs and spices add a touch of unique signature beauty for a smooth and integrated finish.
Vinification & Aging: the grapes are hand-picked and taken to the cellar where they are destemmed. Soft pressing at low temperature. Alcoholic fermentation carried out in stainless steel to preserve the aromas.
Pairings : Ideal to accompany Mediterranean dishes, baked sea bream in a salt crust and grilled vegetables.

Fresco ed espressivo al naso con frutti esotici e note floreali. Al palato è setoso e ampio. Ananas e sentori esotici di erbe e spezie aggiungono un tocco di bellezza firma unica per una finitura liscia e integrata.
Abbinamenti gastronomici +
Ideale per accompagnare piatti della cucina mediterranea, orata al forno in crosta di sale e verdure grigliate.
Vinificazione e affinamento +
Vinificazione. Le uve vengono raccolte a mano e portate in cantina dove vengono diraspate. Pigiatura soffice a bassa temperatura. Fermentazione alcolica eseguita in acciaio inox per preservarne gli aromi.
Affinamento. Affinamento in acciaio.
