Notes: A wine with an intense and persistent aroma, floral and fruity with hints of violet, mountain flowers, small fruits. In the mouth the wine is warm, round, balanced, finely and pleasantly tannic.

Vinification & Aging : Vineyards with southern exposure in the municipalities of Pont-Saint-Martin and Donnas at 400/500 meters above sea level. In steel, with pre-fermentation cold maceration, fermentation at 28 °C, maceration for about 20 days. Aging for 8 months in steel on fine lees. Only 6000 bottles produced.

Pairings : Recommended with first courses based on mushrooms and cheeses, dishes with white truffle and meat stews.
