Notes: On the nose it is a perfect reproduction of the places where it is produced; aromas of herbs and flowers of the Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is full-bodied with balanced and delicate tannins that make it persistent.
Vinification & Aging : the grapes are vinified in steel with indigenous yeasts, the wine ages partly in wood and partly in steel on its own yeasts until bottling.
Pairings: grilled meat, stewed fish, game.
