Notes: An enveloping bouquet opens on the nose, with notes of berry jam, spices and thanks to the long refinement, hints of chocolate appear. On the palate it is fresh and mineral. Soft and perfectly integrated tannins allow for a pleasant wine with a good length.
Vinification & Aging: Hand harvested in the first ten days of October. Soft pressing, maceration and fermentation at a temperature below 23.6°. Continuous pumping over and decestages followed by malolactic fermentation. Aging in Slovenian oak barrels for 6 months.
Pairings: It goes very well with red meat dishes, stews and braised meats, game and mature cheeses.

Al naso si percepiscono immediatamente note agrumate, spicca il pompelmo e le floreali di ginestra. Al palato è sapido e perfettamente equilibrato.
Abbinamenti gastronomici +
Accompagna egregiamente tutti i piatti di pesce, in particolare i molluschi e gli affumicati.
Vinificazione e affinamento +
Vinificazione. Vendemmia a mano nella seconda decade di ottobre. Pigiatura soffice, macerazione e fermentazione ad una temperatura compresa tra i 16-18°.
Affinamento. Affinamento in bottiglia per almeno 1 mese. Non contiene solfiti aggiunti.
