Notes : Fragrant, elegant aroma, with pleasant fruity notes typical of the varieties used. Fresh, delicate flavor, deliciously soft and rich in fruity tones, harmonious and persistent in the finish.
Vinification & Aging: the grapes are fermented without skins in stainless steel vats at a temperature below 27°C, for a very short period, about ten days. The wine is bottled in the first months of the year following the harvest.
