Note : Good balance between freshness and soft consistency in total harmony with slightly candied citrus aromas and a touch of woody notes.

Vinification & Aging: Mechanical harvesting, with rigorous selection and sorting of the grapes in crates. Soft pressing and cold decantation. Fermentation in oak barrels and stainless steel vats. Aging for 3 months in oak barrels with continuous stirring.

Pairings: Perfect with fish, seafood grills, lobster, prawns, poultry and cheeses.
