Denomination: Brunello di Montalcino DOCG

Notes : Intense and complex aromas. Sensations of ripe red berry fruit complement various spicy notes; the taste is warm, harmonious with pronounced tannins; a full-bodied wine with a long persistence of taste and smell that can still evolve with long aging in the bottle.


Vinification & Aging: harvest and selection of the best grapes of the year. Vinification takes place in stainless steel containers and glass-lined cement tanks at a controlled temperature, using cooling jackets and immersion plates. Aging in Slavonian barrels from 20 to 62 hl for approximately 3 years, followed by bottle aging for more than 8 months.

Pairings : perfect with roast or stewed game, with first courses with sauces based on the same meats. Excellent with mature cheeses.
