Notes : Citrus aromas, especially lemon. Notes of white peach. On the palate it is savoury, very fresh. Pleasantly fruity aftertaste.
Vinification & Aging : Harvest entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel. Subsequent refinement in stainless steel and bottle.
Pairings : To be paired with white meats and first courses of vegetables and fish. Excellent for aperitifs with platters of slightly matured and fresh cheeses.

Aromi di agrumi, in particolare limone. Note di pesca bianca. Al palato è sapido, grande freschezza. Retrogusto piacevolmente fruttato.
Abbinamenti gastronomici +
Da abbinare a carni bianche e primi piatti di verdure e pesce. Ottimo per gli aperitivi con taglieri di formaggi poco stagionati e freschi.
Vinificazione e affinamento +
Vinificazione. Vendemmia interamente a mano. La fermentazione avviene a bassa temperatura in acciaio inox.
Affinamento. Seguente affinamento in acciaio inox e bottiglia.
