Notes: A wine with an intense and persistent aroma. Small fruits, cherry, nutmeg, cloves and cinchona stand out. In the mouth it is consistent with spices and fruity echoes.
Vinification & Aging : Vineyards with southern exposure in the municipalities of Pont-Saint-Martin and Donnas at 400/500 meters above sea level. In steel, with fermentation at 28 °C, maceration for approximately 40 days. Matures for 12 months in French and Austrian oak tonneaux, refines 6 months in the bottle.
Pairings : Recommended with first courses based on mushrooms and cheeses, dishes with white truffle, stewed saddle of rabbit.

Un vino dal profumo intenso e persistente. In evidenza piccoli frutti, ciliegia, noce moscata, chiodi di garofano e china. In bocca è coerente con spezie ed echi fruttati

Consigliato con primi piatti a base di funghi e formaggi, pietanze con tartufo bianco, sella di coniglio in umido.
Vinificazione e affinamento +
Vinificazione. Vigneti in esposizione sud nei comuni di Pont-Saint-Martin e Donnas a 400/500 metri s.l.m. In acciaio, con fermentazione a 28 °C, macerazione per circa 40 giorni.
Affinamento. Matura per 12 mesi in tonneaux di rovere francese e austriaco, affina 6 mesi in bottiglia.
