Notes : Produced mainly from Pinot Noir grapes, this vintage Franciacorta embodies all the elegance combined with the intensity of a great reserve. On the nose, ripe red fruits intertwined with hints of bread crust released by the long autolysis of the yeasts. On the palate, a great fullness, combined with the sapidity and minerality typical of the part
oriental Franciacorta. A captivating, fresh and particular dress that best represents the two twins Emma and Flora.

Vinification & Aging: A wine produced in a limited edition, only 600 bottles per year; a gem of the cellar, where the bunches are selected during the harvest, vinified separately and then boast a long aging of 42 months on their yeasts. Only 600 bottles per year produced.

Pairings: Capable of supporting the entire meal, from more delicate fish dishes to more intense and structured meat dishes.
