Notes: On the nose the scent recalls passion fruit and apple blossoms. The taste is dry and recalls the olfactory notes.

Vinification & Aging: Cold pre-fermentative skin maceration. Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. Partial malolactic fermentation. Aging in steel for three months and subsequent rest in bottle.

Pairings: excellent with pasta and chickpeas.
