Questo shochu di patate si presenta fresco e aromatico, con un profilo che rompe gli schemi più rustici della categoria. Al naso emergono note tropicali e agrumate, con richiami di litchi e una marcata scia d’arancia che dona immediatezza e slancio.
In bocca è pulito, scorrevole, con una freschezza vivace che sostiene la componente fruttata senza perdere struttura. La dolcezza naturale della patata resta elegante, mai pesante, mentre la chiusura è netta e agrumata.
Perfetto da gustare liscio, molto freddo, per apprezzarne la precisione aromatica, oppure allungato con soda per un servizio più dinamico e rinfrescante.
Uno shochu che dimostra come la materia prima tradizionale possa esprimersi con leggerezza e modernità, senza perdere identità.
Il risultato è un prodotto fresco, moderno ma radicato nella tradizione, ideale da servire ben freddo come aperitivo o in abbinamento a piatti di pesce, crostacei e cucina fusion.
