The absence of dosage syrup during the disgorgement phase, the Chardonnay grape variety and the aging on the lees for never less than 36 months give it an authentic and recognizable style. Pairings : Pleasant and austere aperitif, but its strong personality allows it to also accompany more demanding dishes such as stuffed eel, salmon tartare, monkfish au gratin.
