Notes: A wine with a great personality, it expresses delicate notes of flowers and wild herbs on the nose. A beautiful presence of citrus fruits, with a clear perception of cedar. Hints of Mediterranean scrub and a balsamic note of pine resin. Dry and well-flavoured taste.

Vinification & Aging : Vineyards and heroic agriculture. Classic vinification, with soft pressing of the grapes. Aging in steel.

Pairings: Excellent when paired with traditional Genoese fish dishes, tempura vegetables and delicate soft cheeses.
