Notes : On the nose hints of berries and light spiciness. On the palate it is a persistent and balanced wine, with good structure and soft tannins.
Vinification & Aging: Manual harvest at the beginning of October, destemming, maceration in steel tanks for approximately 15 days at 25-26 °C with frequent punching down and pumping over, aging in steel and 10% in wood.
Pairings: It pairs well with aged cheeses, tasty cured meats, game.

Naso di frutti di bosco con una leggera speziatura. In bocca è persistente ed equilibrato, con buona
struttura e tannini morbidi.

Salumi e affettati, risotti ai funghi, piatti di carne, formaggi stagionati.
Vinificazione e affinamento +
Vinificazione. Manuale, a inizio ottobre. Diraspatura e macerazione in serbatoi di acciaio per circa 15 giorni a 25 e 26 °C, con rimontaggi e follature.
Affinamento. 90% in acciaio e 10% in botte di legno.
