Name : Sparkling Wine

Notes: Delicate aroma reminiscent of white flowers, apple, banana and pear. Well-balanced taste between the sweet and mineral parts, with good flavour.

Vinification & Aging: soft pressing and static decantation. First fermentation in steel at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts. Aging in steel and cement tanks from 30 to 180 days. Second fermentation according to the Martinotti method, bottle aging from 30 to 60 days. Sugars: 14-16/l

Pairings: Excellent choice for aperitifs, but suitable for the whole meal. Ideal as a pairing with light first courses, fish-based dishes and white meats.
