Note : Limoncello is authentic and genuine thanks to the immediate processing of freshly picked lemons and the rigorously manual peeling that excludes the white part of the peel to avoid bitterness in the liqueur. To produce it Only PGI lemons from the garden in the centre of Sorrento are used, without the use of added chemicals, colourings or preservatives and following an artisanal process.
