Note : A liqueur created from the cold infusion of artichoke fruits and leaves and fresh pink grapefruit peels harvested during the ripening period.

Diluted with herbal teas of the fruits and leaves infused to obtain a unique and intense flavour and to extract the active ingredients both by alcoholic infusion and by maceration in hot water.

The herbaceous and bitter taste of the artichoke and the delicate and sweet fragrance of the pink grapefruit give the liqueur an intense purifying and digestive property.

On the palate it remains a delicate taste although tending towards a pleasant bitterness combined with the refreshing fragrance of pink grapefruit, with a hint of spicy aftertaste.
