Notes: On the nose it is fragrant with evident notes of mango and white peach that alternate with vegetables, such as mint. On the palate it is full and structured, excellent flavor and gustatory persistence.

Vinification & Aging: Soft pressing of the grapes with pneumatic presses with closed lung in the absence of oxygen. Maturation in steel and final refinement in the bottle.

Pairings: Excellent with appetizers and first courses of fish and vegetables, second courses of fish and fresh cheeses.
