Notes : On the nose it is fruity and delicately floral, with hints of earthy scents. On the palate it is elegant, intensely earthy, warm, energetic, with notable minerality and expansion, full, persistent.

Vinification & Aging: Hand-picked in perforated crates at the end of September. Vinification in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks, lasting from 14 to 21 days with pumping over and delestage. Aging in wood for 24 months, starting from the first racking, in large Slavonian oak barrels (10 hl).

Pairings : It goes well with stewed meat and platters of mature cheeses.
