Nikka From The Barrel Cased
Okami
Format : 500ml
Graduation : 51.4%
Origin : Japan
Temperature : 18-20°
Coloration : Honey
Note : Nikka From The Barrel is a whisky that has changed the category: for this whisky, Nikka's chief blender assembles the spirits from the two historic distilleries of Yoichi and Miyagikyo, including a portion of whisky distilled in the Coffey column still. For the aging, ex-bourbon and ex-sherry barrels of different sizes and passages are used. It is a whisky that strikes for its finesse and complexity. The name refers to the high alcohol content of the bottle, namely 51.4%. Approximately 100 different Nikka whiskies are used for this blend.
