Name: Graves AOC

Notes : Nose of dark fruits, such as cassis and dried plum. Sweet spices, toasted leather. Hints of truffle. On the palate you can perceive all the fruits and elderflower, light tobacco and strawberries.

Vinification & Aging: Manual harvest, with rigorous selection and sorting of the grapes in crates. Fermentation in oak barrels. Aging in French oak barrels for 15 months.

Pairings: Excellent with cheeses, light red meats.
