Notes : Floral nose with notes of peach and exotic fruits (mango, lychee…). On the palate, fresh and generous, round and unctuous with a slightly spicy finish. Generally well balanced.

Vinification & Aging: Harvest early in the morning when temperatures are still cool to retain the primary aromas (fruity and floral) of each grape variety and taste them later in the wine.

Pairings : Perfect as an aperitif or with savoury pies, white meat dishes, cured meats or fish.
