Name: Rosato Toscana DOC

Notes : Dry rosé wine. Fresh on the nose with pleasant hints of small berries and vanilla. Good flavor on the palate, excellent balance and a surprisingly long and pleasant finish.

Vinification & Aging: The grapes initially remain in contact with the skins for a very short period of maximum 24 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature (18°) in steel vats for 14 days. No passage in wood. Brief refinement in bottle.

Pairings : Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs very well with fresh first courses, fish, white meats, vegetable crudités and slightly aged cheeses.
