Notes : It highlights a fresh and interesting presence of evolved fruity notes of cherry and currant and notes of freshly picked flowers, completed by light spices. Good structure, with round tannins and balanced with the soft parts of the taste and an acidity in perfect harmony with a long and very pleasant final thrust.
Vinification & Aging: fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, leaving the skins in contact with the must for a period of 10/15 days at a temperature below 27°C. Malolactic fermentation takes place in cement tanks.
Pairings : Ideal for red and white meat dishes, grilled fish and cheeses.
