Name: Rosso di Montepulciano DOC

Notes : Notes of red fruit, especially raspberry. The taste is soft, the tannins are velvety and accompany a mineral and fresh finish.

Vinification & Aging: Upon arrival at the cellar, the grapes were destemmed and softly pressed. The must thus obtained was transferred to stainless steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature no higher than 28 °C in order to preserve and enhance the aromatic characteristics of the varieties. The wine rested in stainless steel vats where malolactic fermentation took place and aged for approximately 4 months before being bottled in mid-March.
