Notes : On the nose, notes of flowers and white fruit, such as pear and apple. Hints of delicate citrus. The taste is fresh with a good fruity persistence in the mouth.

Vinification & Aging: The grapes are hand-picked. Before pressing they are refrigerated. Fermentation on the lees at a controlled temperature between 15-17 °C. The wine remains on the lees until bottling which takes place in the January following the harvest. Fermentation at a controlled temperature and bottling in January.

Pairings : Excellent as an aperitif or to accompany grilled fish and seafood, rice and pasta dishes. Try it with zucchini omelette.
