Notes: A full-bodied wine with character, with pleasant citrus and white fruit notes. Fresh and mineral taste.

Vinification & Aging: Vertis is the maximum expression of the grape variety it belongs to: obtained from grapes from the oldest vineyards, about twenty years old and with southern exposure, it is a wine with two years of evolution and characteristics that allow you to unmistakably recognize Verdicchio di Matelica. Harvest in October, aging in stainless steel tanks for 8 months and subsequent 4 months in the bottle.

Pairings: refined fish dishes and white meats.
