Notes: The nose explodes with aromas of dark fruit and spices, the palate is soft and full-bodied, with excellent tannins that guarantee a delicately aromatic finish.
Vinification & Aging: Long maceration on the marc with intense initial pumping over and punching down, long static quiescence in the final phase, controlled temperature at maximum 30°C.
Aged for 24 months in wood (60% in 25 hl Slavonian oak, 40% in small French oak barrels)
Bottle Refinement: 6 months minimum
Pairings : Perfect with meat-based dishes, platters of mature cheeses, game.
