Note : Athru Knocknarea is inspired by the Celtic myth of Lady Kessair and her journey from the flood waters, from Egypt to Ireland. Single Malt Irish Whiskey, matured for 14 years, 11 of which in ex-bourbon casks and another 3 in ex-Oloroso.

Olfactory bouquet with fresh and floral fragrances blend with sandalwood and lemon. Light mineral and balsamic note of pine. On the palate the olfactory notes evolve, freshness gives way to maturity and body. Then hints of plums, sultanas but also dark chocolate, coffee and leather. Spicy and medium-long finish, with hints of the nose.
