Notes : Amaro created for true lovers and connoisseurs of bitters, it is part of the category of amarissimi and fernet. The recipe dates back to around 1850. Intense and original taste. Strong and well-balanced bitterness marries perfectly with milk chocolate. The scent is strong and intense and delicate aromas expand from the glass that envelop us before bringing it to the mouth. It is sugar-free but with a sweet note given to it by vanilla. The history of this liqueur is unique. One day in the shoemaker's shop of Domenico Leardini (founder) a priest arrived and had his shoes fixed, but when it was time to pay, not having all the money, he offered this recipe as part of the payment. Zethus in fact, in the dialect of the time, meant a person who always manages to solve small problems. Today this recipe lives again and is much appreciated.

Amaro nato per i veri amanti e intenditori degli amari, fa parte della categoria degli amarissimi e dei fernet. La ricetta risale intorno al 1850. Gusto intenso e originale. Amaro forte e ben bilanciato sposa alla perfezione il cioccolato al latte. Il profumo è deciso e dal bicchiere si espandono aromi intensi e delicati che ci avvolgono prima di portarlo alla bocca. E’ senza zucchero ma con una nota dolce donatagli dalla vaniglia. La storia di questo liquore è singolare. Un giorno nella bottega da calzolaio di Domenico Leardini (fondatore) arrivò un sacerdote che si fece sistemare le scarpe, ma al momento di pagare, non avendo tutti i soldi, offrì questa ricetta come parte del pagamento. Zethus infatti, nel dialetto del tempo, significava una persona che riesce sempre a risolvere piccoli problemi. Oggi questa ricetta rivive ed è molto apprezzata.
