Notes : Spicy nose of white pepper that opens with notes
spiced blackberries with cocoa. Full mouth, powerful, very salivating
and iodized. Marly notes and hazelnut notes on the finish. On the palate, its aromas maintain their freshness for a long time.

Vinification & Aging: Mechanically harvested on south-east facing Kimmeridge clay soil. Induced fermentation with aging for 10 months in steel and 8 months in bottle.

Its shelf life varies from 3 to 10 years.

Pairings : It pairs very well with Burgundy snails and seafood.
