Notes: The nose is intense, with aromas of yellow fruit and citrus. The palate is fresh, dry, with perfect harmony.

Vinification & Aging : pressing of the crushed and destemmed grapes in an inert pneumatic press. Fermentation in steel with selected yeasts at low temperature (16-18 °C). Aged for at least 2 months on the yeasts with weekly bâtonnages.

Pairings: it generally pairs with all appetizers, it goes very well with fish.
