Vinification & Aging : Aged for 3/4 months in cement before bottling.

We recommend a short aging, it is an excellent wine to be enjoyed young.

Pairings : Recommended pairings with tasty soups and Piedmontese mixed boiled meats, cured meats, soft and slightly matured cheeses.
