Name : Cannonau di Sardegna Riserva DOC

Notes : Fine and intense, with red fruit in evidence, in particular blackberry, plum, raspberry, currant which alternate with spicy notes of pepper, leather and liquorice.

Vinification & Aging: In wooden barrels for 6 months with frequent batonnage and subsequent aging for 12 months in steel. Another 6 months in bottle before being released for sale.
The wood aging perfectly integrates the fruity notes without overpowering the flavor of Cannonau. In the mouth it is broad and persistent.

Pairings : Recommended with roast meat, malloreddu and tartare.
