Notes : Fine nose that develops fruity aromas. Full, coated mouth, where slightly vanilla and ripe fruit notes resonate. Long and dense finish.
Vinification & Aging: Pommard is an iconic vineyard in Burgundy with a surface area of approximately 340 hectares, considered “the flower of Beaunois wines” since the Middle Ages. Vinification in small thermoregulated vats, followed by long aging on the fine lees in French oak barrels.
Vintage 2020: The very mild winter, with temperatures above seasonal averages, led to early budding. The exceptional climatic conditions of this vintage allowed for ripe grapes in all the denominations produced.

Naso di piccoli frutti rossi (ciliegie, ribes) e frutti neri (more, ribes). Vivace e croccante, al palato è generoso e delizioso.
Abbinamenti gastronomici +
Questo vino si abbinerà perfettamente con un filetto di manzo, una spalla di vitello brasata o anche con formaggi stagionati.
Vinificazione e affinamento +
Vinificazione. Viti di oltre 20 anni. Vinificazione in tini di acciaio inox termoregolati.
Affinamento. L'affinamento prosegue in vasche di acciaio inox sui lieviti.
