Notes : Extremely fruity on the nose with hints of ripe red fruits, important notes of black cherry. On the palate it is important with a spicy finish.
Vinification & Aging : the wine is fed on its fine lees until the end of malolactic fermentation. It is then refined in Troncais barrels for 12 months.
Pairings : Excellent with poultry dishes, roast beef and braised veal.

Al naso estremamente fruttato con richiami ai frutti rossi maturi, importanti le note di amarena. Al palato è importante con un finale speziato.
Abbinamenti gastronomici +
Ottimo da abbinare a pietanze di pollame, manzo arrosto e vitello brasato.
Vinificazione e affinamento +
Vinificazione. Il vino viene nutrito sulle proprie fecce fini fino al termine della fermentazione malolattica. Segue affinamento in botti di Troncais per 12 mesi.
