Notes: Only grapes from organic farming. Important fruity notes on the nose, blackberry and cherry stand out. Full on the palate, with a pleasant acidity. A wine that expresses excellent drinkability.
Vinification & Aging : Aged for 3/4 months in cement before bottling.
We recommend a short aging, it is an excellent wine to be enjoyed young.
Pairings : Recommended pairings with tasty soups and Piedmontese mixed boiled meats, cured meats, soft and slightly matured cheeses.
