Name: Toscana Rosato IGT

Notes : On the nose, notes of citrus, such as orange and bergamot, melon and persimmon. Sensations of acacia and flint. Great minerality, freshness and enveloping on the palate.

Vinification & Aging: Vinification in steel with brief maceration on the skins for 6-8 hours at controlled temperature. Maturation for 6 months in 25hl stainless steel vats, followed by refinement in the bottle for one month.

Pairings : Excellent with baked fish, gratinated vegetables and aperitifs.
